Hank Roraback

President/CEO
Hank Roraback is a native of Houston, and a 1983 graduate of Texas A&M University.  He received his MBA with an additional Certificate in Marketing from the University of Phoenix in 1996.  He is active in the Bryan/College Station community, and serves on the Advisory Committee for the Junior League of Bryan/College Station, is a Meal Team Co-leader with his wife at Saint Thomas Aquinas church, is a member of the Advisory Committee for the Bush School at Texas A&M, is a member of the Unmet Needs Committee which is utilized in times of community emergency, was involved in founding the B/CS Family Solutions group, assists as a member of the Community of Promise Board, and serves the Texas A&M Health Science Center as a faculty member for their Leadership in Medicine class.  Hank and his wife Annette live in College Station with their three boys, where she is Assistant Principal at Pebble Creek Elementary, and spend their free time remodeling their home, gardening, and supporting their boys by attending a variety of sporting events in the surrounding area.

Kay Parker

Vice President Community Impact
Kay has been with United Way since October 1999. She implemented the Information & Referral System, 2-1-1, developed the strategies and outreach for CHIP (Children's Health Insurance Program), conducted the Compass II Community Assessment, and currently oversees the Community Impact initiatives: Kids Matter, Families Matter and Health & Safety Matter. Kay became a Certified Information and Referral Specialist (CIRS) in 2001 and is a licensed Chemical Dependency Councelor (LCDC). She is married and has two children and three grandchildren. Kay is an avid Texas A&M Aggie Basketball fan and enthusiast.

Becky Hancock

Vice President, Finance and Administration 
Becky has been with United Way since November 2009. She has responsibility for all financial functions, human resource administration and other back office support tasks. She has an Accounting degree from Texas A&M University and is a Certified Public Accountant. Before joining the United Way, Becky worked for the Texas A&M Foundation and the Association of Former Students at Texas A&M. She served five years on the Nonprofit Conference Committee for the Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants. Becky and her husband Mike have two daughters and a grandson. She enjoys spending time with family and friends, reading and internet research.

Alison Prince

Director of Information & Referral Services
Alison joined 2-1-1 Texas/United Way in April 2008. She currently oversees the daily operations of the 2-1-1 Call Center for the Brazos Valley seven-county region. She received a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Development from Texas A&M University in 2004. In 2008, Alison completed a Master of Education degree with an emphasis in Leadership Education from Texas A&M University with an additional Certificate in Nonprofit Management from the Bush School of Government and Public Service. Alison has been working with nonprofit agencies since 2006. She moved around as a child growing up in Texas, but has lived in the Bryan/College Station area long enough to call it home. In her free time, Alison enjoys visiting her nieces, playing with her dog “Stanley,” shopping and spending time with friends.

Laurie Garrett

Director of Marketing
Laurie began working at United Way in May of 2008. She oversees all aspects of marketing and works with the Business Development Manager regarding our Community Campaign. Laurie is also involved with our future leaders. She coordinates the Youth Leadership Cabinet and United Way on Campus. The Youth Leadership Cabinet consists of high school students, grade 9-12, who help our community through fundraising and volunteering for the United Way of the Brazos Valley. United Way on Campus is an officially recognized student organization at Texas A&M University who also helps our community through local fundraising and volunteering. Laurie graduated from Texas A&M in 1986 with a degree in Journalism. She enjoys gardening and spending time with her family.

Don Dickenson

Business Development Manager
Don came to United Way in May of 2008 as the Business Development Manager. He is in charge of growing campaign related activities, including working with the State Employee Charitable Campaign (SECC). Don is a member of Young Leaders Society and serves as an advisor to the Youth Leadership Cabinet as well as helping give direction to United Way on Campus at Texas A&M. He is active in the community and serves as an Ambassador for the Bryan/College Station Chamber of Commerce. Originally from Brenham, Don moved to College Station to attend Texas A&M and was a member of the Fightin' Texas Aggie Band. Don and his wife Jessica live between College Station and Iola with their two daughters. In his free time, Don enjoys spending time with his family and working in his workshop.

Jessica Ettinger

Resource Coordinator
Jessica has been a part of the 2-1-1 Texas/United Way of the Brazos Valley team since April 2007. Her duties include seeking out new organizations to be added to and updating current resources in the local 2-1-1 database. She also creates 2-1-1 marketing materials to be distributed throughout the seven county region. Jessica graduated from Texas A&M University in 2007 with a Bachelor's degree in Marketing and a minor in Communication. Jessica became a Certified Resource Specialist (CRS) in 2008. During her free time she enjoys spending time with family and friends, decorating her first house, and playing with her dogs, Bear and Rosie.

Tasha Pipkin

Administrative Coordinator
Tasha has been working for United Way since August 2007. Tasha was raised in Caldwell, Texas and graduated from Caldwell High. She is recently married and enjoys sewing and football.

Brenda Sieling

Finance Assistant
Brenda became a member of the United Way family in February of 2010. Graduating with honors from the University of Phoenix with Bachelors Degree in Accounting in 2009, Brenda assists the Vice President of Finance and Administration in the day to day accounting functions of the company.  While Brenda is not a native Texan, she claims she got here as quick as she could, then proceeded to marry one. Brenda’s husband John has owned and operated a business in Bryan for over 25 years.  The Sieling family consists of three children, six grandchildren, five dogs, three cats, and counting. An avid golfer, Brenda was registered in the Hole-in-One Golf Society in 1989. In her spare time she enjoys boating, fishing, cooking, and working on various projects on the family’s newest addition, a farm just outside of Gauze.

Hilda Salazar

Lead I&R Specialist
Hilda has worked with 2-1-1 Texas/United Way since September 2005. Hilda, born in Mexico and raised in Bryan, came to us with years of experience in the health and human services field. She is married and has three children. Her son is currently in the United States Marine Corps making her a very proud Marine Mom. Hilda loves dancing and working with the community.

Paula DeLaCruz

Community I&R Specialist
Paula has been with 2-1-1 Texas/United Way since November 2008. Before coming to 2-1-1, she worked in Marketing and Event Coordinating. She is very excited about becoming more involved in leadership and community affairs in the Brazos Valley and is delighted and impressed with the outpouring of volunteerism and civic-mindedness of this area. Paula has two beautiful sons. She enjoys playing with her boys, music & dancing, helping out at her sons' school, event coordinating, and sketching clothing designs.

Ashlyn Williams

I&R Specialist
Ashlyn has been working with 2-1-1 Texas/United Way since April 2008. She is responsible for effectively providing information and referral services, assessing walk-in clients, and assisting in updating community resources for annual database updates. Ashlyn became a Certified Information & Referral Specialist (CIRS) in July 2009. Ashlyn graduated from Sam Houston State University in 2006 with a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice with a minor in Psychology. She plans to pursue her education in the areas of counseling and law. In her free time, Ashlyn enjoys shopping and spending time with family and friends.

Stephanie Langston

I&R Specialist

Stephanie has been with 2-1-1/United Way since December 2009.  She graduated from Lamar University in Beaumont TX in Dec 2001 with a Bachelor of Science in Family Studies. Stephanie is very excited about joining the United Way family and working as an Information & Referral Specialist. She resides in College Station with her husband and 2 children.  She enjoys designing, running, helping with her husband’s music career, and spending time with her busy family.

Jennifer Langdon

I&R Specialist
Jennifer has been with 2-1-1 Texas/United Way since November 1, 2009. Jennifer, born and raised in Bryan, has worked with the State of Texas for 12 ˝ years.  She enjoys working with people and the community. She is married and has one son. She loves country life, enjoys date night with her son plus doing arts and crafts with him. She also enjoys spending time with family and friends.

Blake Sitka

I&R Specialist/Database Assistant

Blake has been with 2-1-1 Texas/United Way since December 2009.  He is responsible for effectively providing information and referral services as well as helping to maintain the referral database.  Blake attends Texas A&M University and will be graduating in May 2010 with a BBA in Finance.  He will be entering the financial services and banking field following graduation.  In his free time he enjoys spending time with family and friends, hunting and fishing, and winning intramural championships.
