Hank Roraback
President/CEO
Hank Roraback is a native of Houston, and a 1983 graduate of Texas A&M University. He received his MBA with an additional Certificate in Marketing from the University of Phoenix in 1996. He is active in the Bryan/College Station community, and serves on the Advisory Committee for the Junior League of Bryan/College Station, is a Meal Team Co-leader with his wife at Saint Thomas Aquinas church, is a member of the Advisory Committee for the Bush School at Texas A&M, is a member of the Unmet Needs Committee which is utilized in times of community emergency, was involved in founding the B/CS Family Solutions group, assists as a member of the Community of Promise Board, and serves the Texas A&M Health Science Center as a faculty member for their Leadership in Medicine class. Hank and his wife Annette live in College Station with their three boys, where she is the Principal at Pebble Creek Elementary, and spend their free time remodeling their home, gardening, and supporting their boys by attending a variety of sporting events in the surrounding area.

Alison Prince
Vice President of Community Impact
Alison joined United Way in April 2008 as the Director of I&R Services. After working in that position for three and a half years, she was promoted to Vice President Community Impact. She received a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Development from Texas A&M University in 2004. In 2008, Alison completed a Master of Education degree with an emphasis in Leadership Education from Texas A&M University with an additional Certificate in Nonprofit Management from the Bush School of Government and Public Service. Alison has been working with nonprofit agencies since 2006. She is involved in the community through the Leadership Brazos program and Junior League of Bryan/College Station. Alison enjoys spending time with her husband, Stephen and their dogs, Tanzy, Stanley and Fugee.

Laurie Garrett
Vice President of Marketing & Relationship Management
Laurie began working at United Way in May of 2008. She oversees all aspects of marketing and works with the Business Development Manager regarding our Community Campaign. Laurie is also involved with our future leaders. She coordinates the Youth Leadership Cabinet and United Way on Campus. The Youth Leadership Cabinet consists of high school students, grade 9-12, who help our community through fundraising and volunteering for the United Way of the Brazos Valley. United Way on Campus is an officially recognized student organization at Texas A&M University who also helps our community through local fundraising and volunteering. Laurie graduated from Texas A&M in 1986 with a degree in Journalism. She enjoys gardening and spending time with her family.

Don Dickenson
Senior Relationship Manager
Don came to United Way in May of 2008 as the Business Development Manager. He is in charge of growing campaign related activities, including working with the State Employee Charitable Campaign (SECC). Don serves as an advisor to the Youth Leadership Cabinet as well as helping give direction to United Way on Campus at Texas A&M. He is active in the community and serves as an Ambassador for the Bryan/College Station Chamber of Commerce. Originally from Brenham, Don moved to College Station to attend Texas A&M and was a member of the Fightin' Texas Aggie Band. Don and his wife Jessica live between College Station and Iola with their two daughters. In his free time, Don enjoys spending time with his family and working in his workshop.

Kyle Gammenthaler
Relationship Manager & Volunteer Center Coordinator
Kyle joined the United Way family in July 2011. He recently graduated with an Economics and Business degree at Texas A&M University. Kyle comes from a long line of Aggie graduates and enjoys calling Aggieland home. He is also recently married and his wife, Mandy, is a 1st grade teacher for Bryan ISD. At United Way, Kyle is directly involved with campaign related activities, while also managing the Volunteer Center of the Brazos Valley. In his free time, Kyle enjoys anything sports related, reading, and spending quality time with family and friends.

Lyndsey Brangan
Director of 2-1-1 Texas Services
Lyndsey has been with the 2-1-1 Texas/United Way family since October 2010. She recently graduated with a Management degree from Mays Business School at Texas A&M University. Lyndsey grew up in New Braunfels, Texas, but enjoys living at the home of the Fightin' Texas Aggies. She spends her free time with childhood friends, reading, and participating in outdoor sports like Disc Golf. Lyndsey currently oversees the daily operations of the 2-1-1 Call Center for the Brazos Valley seven-county region.

Tasha has been working for United Way since August 2007. Tasha was raised in Caldwell, Texas and graduated from Caldwell High. She is recently married and enjoys sewing and football.

Brenda Sieling
Finance Assistant
Brenda became a member of the United Way family in February of 2010. Graduating with honors from the University of Phoenix with Bachelors Degree in Accounting in 2009, Brenda assists the Vice President of Finance and Administration in the day to day accounting functions of the company. While Brenda is not a native Texan, she claims she got here as quick as she could, then proceeded to marry one. Brenda’s husband John has owned and operated a business in Bryan for over 25 years. The Sieling family consists of three children, six grandchildren, five dogs, three cats, and counting. An avid golfer, Brenda was registered in the Hole-in-One Golf Society in 1989. In her spare time she enjoys boating, fishing, cooking, and working on various projects on the family’s newest addition, a farm just outside of Gauze.

Hilda Salazar
Senior I&R Specialist/Work Study Supervisor
Hilda has worked with 2-1-1 Texas/United Way since September 2005. Hilda, born in Mexico and raised in Bryan, came to us with years of experience in the health and human services field. She is married and has three children. Her son is currently in the United States Marine Corps making her a very proud Marine Mom. Hilda loves dancing and working with the community.

Stephanie Langston
I&R Specialist
Stephanie has been with 2-1-1/United Way since December 2009. She graduated from Lamar University in Beaumont TX in Dec 2001 with a Bachelor of Science in Family Studies. Stephanie is very excited about joining the United Way family and working as an Information & Referral Specialist. She resides in College Station with her husband and 2 children. She enjoys designing, running, helping with her husband’s music career, and spending time with her busy family.

Erin began working with 2-1-1 Texas/United Way in September of 2010. She is responsible for effectively providing information and referral services. Erin attends Texas A&M University where she majors in International Studies. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, playing tennis, and dancing.

Chasiti Hill
I&R Specialist
Chasiti is originally from Dallas but moved to the Bryan/College Station area about 3 years ago for school. She is a proud member of the Fighting Texas Aggie Class of 2012. She is attending A&M in pursuit of a Bachelors in Political Science and a Minor in Psychological Sciences, which she would like to use as stepping stones for her law degree to become a civil corporate attorney. Chasiti is a very outgoing, and family oriented person, who loves children and helping others in need. In her spare time she likes to volunteer with children, spend time with friends and visit her family in Dallas.

Peggy Chang
I&R Specialist
Peggy started working at 2-1-1 Texas/United Way in September 2011. She is currently working on her doctorate in school psychology at Texas A&M University and is involved in a research project looking at the psycho-social adjustment of Chinese immigrant youths in Houston. Born in Taiwan, Peggy is bilingual and literate in Mandarin Chinese as well as in English. She is passionate in her work with children and enjoys helping those in need. When she is not working or studying, Peggy enjoys watching movies, reading, and spending time with her loved ones and her pet red heeler.
