Hank Roraback

President/CEO
Hank Roraback is a native of Houston, and a 1983 graduate of Texas A&M University.  He received his MBA with an additional Certificate in Marketing from the University of Phoenix in 1996.  He is active in the Bryan/College Station community, and serves on the Advisory Committee for the Junior League of Bryan/College Station, is a Meal Team Co-leader with his wife at Saint Thomas Aquinas church, is a member of the Advisory Committee for the Bush School at Texas A&M, is a member of the Unmet Needs Committee which is utilized in times of community emergency, was involved in founding the B/CS Family Solutions group, assists as a member of the Community of Promise Board, and serves the Texas A&M Health Science Center as a faculty member for their Leadership in Medicine class.  Hank and his wife Annette live in College Station with their three boys, where she is Assistant Principal at Pebble Creek Elementary, and spend their free time remodeling their home, gardening, and supporting their boys by attending a variety of sporting events in the surrounding area.

Kay Parker

Vice President Community Impact
Kay has been with United Way since October 1999. She implemented the Information & Referral System, 2-1-1, developed the strategies and outreach for CHIP (Children's Health Insurance Program), conducted the Compass II Community Assessment, and currently oversees the Community Impact initiatives: Kids Matter, Families Matter and Health & Safety Matter. Kay became a Certified Information and Referral Specialist (CIRS) in 2001 and is a licensed Chemical Dependency Councelor (LCDC). She is married and has two children and three grandchildren. Kay is an avid Texas A&M Aggie Basketball fan and enthusiast.

Dean McGee

Director of Finance and Administration
Dean began working for United Way in April 2007. He oversees all financial and personnel-related activities, as well as the State Employee Charitable Campaign (SECC) for Texas A&M University. A graduate of Texas A&M and the University of Texas at Austin, Dean is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and holds two Bachelor's degrees. The father of two, Dean enjoys gardening, football and horses.

Traci Byrd

Director of Information & Referral Services
Traci has been working with 2-1-1 Texas/United Way since October 2003. She currently oversees the daily operations of the 2-1-1 Call Center for the Brazos Valley region and became a Certified Information and Referral Specialist (CIRS) in 2006. She graduated from Texas A&M University with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management in 2005. A native of Lufkin, Traci enjoys shopping, traveling, and spending time with her family and friends.

Andress Koenning

Director of Marketing and Campaign
Andress joined United Way in July 2007 as the Director of Marketing and Campaign. She oversees all marketing and campaign-related functions for the United Way and is an Ambassador with the Bryan College Station Chamber of Commerce. A 2004 graduate of Texas A&M University, Andress holds a Bachelor's degree in Marketing. In her spare time, Andress enjoys spending time with her husband, Patrick, her family and selling Mary Kay.

Jessica Ettinger

Resource Coordinator
Jessica, with 2-1-1 Texas/United Way since April 2007 is new to the world of Information and Referral services but hopes to bring a fresh perspective. She graduated from Texas A&M University in 2007 with a degree in Marketing and a minor in Communication. Obsessed with the decorating “shabby chic,” she enjoys antiquing, visiting with friends, and playing with her dog, Ruby.

Tasha Wiederhold

Finance Assitant & Administrative Coordinator
Tasha has been working for United Way since August 2007. Tasha was raised in Caldwell, Texas and graduated from Caldwell High. She is recently engaged and enjoys sewing and football.

Hilda Salazar

I&R Specialist
Hilda has worked with 2-1-1 Texas/United Way since September 2005. Hilda, born in Mexico and raised in Bryan, came to us with years of experience in the health and human services field. She is married and has three children. Her son is currently in the United States Marine Corps, and she is a proud Marine Mom. Hilda loves dancing and working with the community.

Raquel Perez

I&R Specialist
Raquel has been with 2-1-1 Texas/United Way since February 2007. Before coming to work at 2-1-1, Raquel worked at A&M-Twin City Paint & Body in Bryan. She has three children. Raquel is a member of the Brazos Valley Elk’s Lodge and enjoys hunting and shopping.

Lauren Gomez

I&R Specialist
Lauren has been working for 2-1-1 Texas/United Way since August 2007. Born and raised in Fort Worth, Lauren received her Cosmetology License in 2007. She enjoys interacting with people from all walks of life and hopes one day to live in San Francisco as a hair designer.
