Campaign Materials

  • English Pledge Form: while we will happily supply your company with triplicate pledge forms which makes the HR process easier, here is a copy in case you need extra

  • Spanish Pledge Formwhile we will happily supply your company with triplicate pledge forms which makes the HR process easier, here is a copy in case you need extra

  • Corporate Pledge Form: to be completed by company when making a corporate gift and/ or employee giving match

  • Campaign Posters: Education, Financial Stability, Health and Volunteer: Each poster has space to write the dates and times of upcoming campaign activities and are set-up to bring on 11x17 paper

Say Thank You

"Thank You" is the most important part of the giving process. Donors will recieve a gift acknowledgement from United Way when their gifts are recieved, but you can thank donors for helping your company reach their giving goals too!

 

Request a Speaker

United Way professionals and Partner Agency representatives speak from experience about how the lives of clients served have improved due to the generosity of others. Speaker presentations can be modified to fit a variety of speaking engagements from 5 minutes to an Agency Fair event, and can address areas of interest of the requesting company or organization. To request a speaker please complete the United Way Speaker Request form and we will contact you to schedule your event.
