State Employee Charitable Campaign (SECC)

The State Employees Charitable Campaign (SECC) provides State of Texas employees with the most efficient and consistent pathway possible for charitable giving. Employees can contribute to nearly 1,000 charities which support the communities in which they live, work, volunteer and raise their families.

SECC Charity Application

You are invited to apply to be part of the 2024 State Employee Charitable Campaign (SECC) and help inspire state, higher education, and retired employees to give generously! Since 1993, state employees in Texas have generously contributed more than $200 million through the SECC.

If your organization provides services to one local region in Texas, please review the requirements and consider applying to the SECC. Need to know which SECC region you serve? Check our SECC region map here.

All applicants are required to have or create an account to complete and submit their application. Keep your username and password handy, so that if needed, you can save a draft and return to complete your submission. Also, this username and password will continue to be used for future year’s applications. We advise that you use an easy to remember username like first initial and last name (ex: jdoe).

The 2024 Local Charity Application is OPEN and will close on Friday, March 22nd.

Once you login, click the link for the 2024 Local SECC Charity Application.
