Alison Prince | President and CEO
Alison has served as the President & CEO of United Way of the Brazos Valley since June 2014 after serving as the Interim Executive Director for six months. Having worked with United Way since April 2008, Alison has built a deep understanding for multiple aspects of the organization's management. She served from 2008 - 2011 as the Director of Information and Referral Services overseeing the 2-1-1 Texas program; then Alison spent two and a half years as the Vice President Community Impact where she led the 2013 Community Impact Grant application and award process, and the installation of the region's first bi-lingual Born Learning Trail at Brothers Pond Park. She received a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Development from Texas A&M University in 2004. In 2008, Alison completed a Master of Education degree with an emphasis in Leadership Education from Texas A&M University with an additional certificate in Nonprofit Management from the Bush School of Government and Public Service. Alison has been working with nonprofit organizations since 2006. Alison lives in Burleson County with her husband and son.

Brenda Sieling | Director of Finance and Administration
Brenda became a member of the United Way family in February of 2010. She graduated with honors from the University of Phoenix with bachelor’s degree in business accounting in 2009. Brenda oversees the day-to-day accounting and administrative functions at the United Way of the Brazos Valley. Brenda’s husband, John, has owned and operated a business in Bryan for over 25 years. The Sieling family consists of three children, six grandchildren, five dogs, three cats and counting. An avid golfer, Brenda was registered in the Hole-in-One Golf Society in 1989. In her spare time, she enjoys boating, fishing, cooking and working on various projects on the family’s farm just outside of Gauze.

Hilda Salazar | 2-1-1 Program Manager
Hilda joined United Way in the midst of Hurricanes Katrina and Rita in 2005 as an Information & Referral Specialist. Before moving into the 2-1-1 Program Manager role in 2016, she served as the Lead 2-1-1 Information & Referral Specialist. As 2-1-1 Program Manager, Hilda manages the day-to-day operations of the 2-1-1 Call Center including quality assurance, staff development, and evaluation of Call Center performance. She became a Certified I&R Specialist in 2010 and received the Distinguished Service Award from Texas Alliance of Information & Refrral Services (TAIRS) in 2013. Hilda enjoys spending time with her family including her three children and her grandaughter. She also enjoys watching softball.

CeAnne Jones | Communications and Outreach Coordinator
Before joining the United Way of the Brazos Valley team in November of 2016, CeAnne Jones was the Media Sales Coordinator at Suddenlink Media in Bryan-College Station, and also a professional graphic and web designer. CeAnne graduated with honors from Blinn College in 2013, with an Associates of Applied Science in Information Management - Digital Publishing, and earned an AAS in Multimedia Web Design from Richland College in Dallas. CeAnne found her passion for nonprofits and volunteer work when her sons started elementary school in the late 1990s in Richardson, Texas. CeAnne published the annual PTA directory for her sons' elementary school, and seeing a need for better communication at the middle and senior high school levels, she designed and built PTA websites for these schools. She also developed communications strategies, including email blasts, to help parents and faculty connect and exchange important information in the midst of their busy daily schedules. She was awarded a Lifetime Membership in the Texas PTA for her contributions.

Katherine Gammon | Program and Resource Coordinator
Katherine (Kat) joined the United Way of the Brazos Valley as an Information & Referral Specialist in July 2016, and assumed the role of Program and Resource Coordinator in December of that year. Kat graduated from Texas A&M University in 2012 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology and a minor in Neuroscience. She has been a member of the Bryan/College Station community since 2000, and is an A&M Consolidated High School Alumna. Kat has volunteered for her community in various ways, including serving on the Board of Directors for Pride Community Center from 2013 - 2015. She currently manages the 2-1-1 Texas database and the Emergency Food and Shelter Program for the Brazos Valley region. Kat also conducts the United Way of the Brazos Valley's Internship Cohort Program and writes the Community Information Digest. She enjoys hanging out with her family and spending time in nature with friends hiking and camping.
